Build control. Create the life you want.
Mission Control was built on the belief that every part of therapy should be intentional. Every step of the process is designed with purpose—from our first conversation through your final session—to help you understand where you are, where you want to go, and how to get there.
Too often, people begin therapy without knowing what to expect or where the process is leading. While every person's journey is unique, I believe you deserve to understand the roadmap. Therapy shouldn't feel random or reactive. It should feel thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in a clear plan.
Mission Control combines evidence-based psychotherapy with a structured, transparent process that helps you build the understanding, skills, and confidence to navigate life's challenges long after therapy has ended.

Mission Control was built on five core principles.
Every part of the process has a purpose—from the goals we set to the strategies we use. Therapy is designed with direction, not just conversation.
You will understand what we are working on, why it matters, and what to expect next. The process should never feel unclear or like you are guessing your way through therapy.
Meaningful change requires more than insight. Programs provide a clear path to build skills, apply them in real life, and create lasting progress.
Your experiences, goals, and feedback guide our work together. Collaboration means you are an active participant in the process—not just someone receiving advice.
The goal is not to stay in therapy forever. The goal is to help you build the understanding, skills, and confidence to navigate challenges on your own.
Every program follows the same intentional framework.
Every journey starts with understanding.
Your first session is a comprehensive Assessment & Strategy Session where we'll explore your concerns, identify your goals, understand the factors contributing to your challenges, and determine whether we're the right fit to work together.
By the end of the session, you'll leave with a personalized roadmap and practical next steps.
The middle of the program is where meaningful change begins.
Together we'll develop practical strategies, apply them between sessions, review what's working, learn from setbacks, and adjust our approach as needed.
Whether you choose Focused Support, Structured Support, or Deep Work, the level of guidance simply reflects the amount of support you're looking for.
The final session is about more than wrapping things up.
We'll review your progress, reinforce the skills you've developed, identify potential challenges you may encounter in the future, and create a plan for maintaining your progress with confidence.
The ultimate goal is not dependence on therapy—it's building the ability to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and control.

I believe quality comes from depth, not quantity. Rather than trying to master every therapeutic approach, I've chosen to focus on a small number of evidence-based models and invest the time to become highly skilled in using them.
